The Arbor Hills Nature Preserve located in Plano, Texas offers stunning views from every angle, and a fantastic lookout if you enjoy hiking. This is a 200-acre park that is ideal for hiking, biking, or a fun day in nature with family or friends. This park features both unpaved and paved trails. Both the unpaved and paved trails cover around 3 miles, and the park is open every day from dawn until dusk. This park is also the home to an off-road designated biking trail which is around 2 miles long, which offers many adventures and amazing sights to enjoy. The Arbor Hills Nature Preserve offers WiFi throughout the park along with numerous picnic spots to choose from. There is also the option to hire the pavilion for 6 hours at a nominal fee of $100. This park features three different sections which include Upland Forest, Black Land Prairie, and Riparian Forest. Each part has its own set of unique offerings along with lots of different wildlife. This preserve does not charge an entrance fee and is open every day from 5 am to 11 pm. This park does encourage and emphasize that all visitors must clean up after themselves along with their pets.
